  1. Place all the dried frut, including the peel and the cherries in an artight container and add the liqueur. Leave for at least five days. Turning the container over daily to allow the fruit to soak up all the liqueur. Prepare the tin by lining it with parchment.
  2. Beat together the butter and sugar, beat in the egg. Mix together the flour, mixed spice and ground almonds, then beat lightly into the mixture. Mix in the dried fruit, place the mixture in the tin and smooth. Batir junta la mantequilla y el azúcar. Agregar el huevo. Agregar los ingredientes secos (harina, especies y almendras molidas). Agregar la mezcla al molde.
  3. Tie a double layer of brown paper around the outside of the tin, and cover the top with a loose layer of foil. Position in the centre of the oven. When baked, place the tin on a cooling rack, with the foil still on top. When cold, unwrap and brush with more Grand Marnier. Wrap in a double layer of foil and sotre in a cool place.

Queda muuuuuy rico!!!
